- Estimated delivery by 15 Dec 2022.
- Showroom samples will be shipped with plain black or white shoe boxes. Original PP shoe boxes may not be available.
- You won't be able to exchange the size of a showroom sample with made-to-order shoes. If the shoes you received don't fit, you may exchange it with a different available showroom sample.
- "Black Friday & Cyber Monday" sale is stock-limited and only available for showroom samples.
- To return an item, buyers should contact within 10 days after receiving the shipment. Your refund will be processed within 2 days after we receive your return goods. The product must be in new condition and unused. To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'. If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee. Buyer pays shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
- Although we offer free worldwide shipping for all orders, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Products will be shipped from the UK so any customs duty for importation shall be payable by the consignee. Return requests due to custom taxes and duty payments will not be accepted so the client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs and any restrictions on imports.
